Projects and Work Orders allow you to structure your team's captures.
Projects represent large, long-term engagements (e.g., "Downtown Skyscraper Construction").Work Orders represent specific, actionable tasks within a Project (e.g., "Foundation Pour Inspection").
Pro Tip: Pre-assigning Work Orders
Admins can create Work Orders in the web dashboard and assign them to specific field workers. When the worker opens the app, they will see their assigned tasks and can capture photos directly into the correct bucket.
