1. Introduction
Welcome to Verifield ("we," "our," "us"). This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and safeguard your information when you visit our website, utilize our mobile application, or use our digital notary services. The integrity of your data is the core of our business, and we take your privacy extremely seriously.
2. Information We Collect
We collect information that identifies, relates to, describes, or is reasonably capable of being associated with you. Because our service relies on cryptographic proof, we may collect:
- Personal Data: Name, professional email address, and organizational details.
- Metadata: Precise geolocation data, device timestamps, hardware identifiers, and EXIF data specifically tied to visual captures generated through the Verifield SDK or mobile application.
- Usage Data: Information on how you interact with our platform, API calls, and audit trail generation frequency.
3. Cryptographic Verification
Verifield acts as a Zero-Trust Digital Notary. Photos and metadata captured via our platform are hashed and cryptographically signed on-device. This metadata is strictly used for validation purposes. At no point do we analyze the content of the images for advertising or third-party data brokering. Your evidence remains your evidence.
4. Data Storage and Security
We deploy military-grade encryption (AES-256 for data at rest, TLS 1.3 for data in transit). Our infrastructure spans multiple ISO-27001 certified data centers. We implement strict access controls and zero-trust networking architecture to ensure your data cannot be intercepted or tampered with.
